2. Personal Responsibility

3. Payments & Booking

  • All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking

  • Pricing is subject to change at any time

  • Sessions are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed

Your booking confirms your agreement to these Terms.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • 24+ hours notice: session may be rescheduled

  • Less than 24 hours: session is forfeited

  • No-shows are non-refundable

This respects the time, energy, and preparation required for each session.

5. No Guarantees

While the Services are designed to create clarity and transformation, you acknowledge:

  • Results vary by individual

  • Outcomes depend on your own integration and actions

  • No specific results are promised or guaranteed

Incinegrate makes no guarantees regarding:

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Incinegrate is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of Services

  • Liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific session

You agree to release and hold harmless Incinegrate from any claims arising from your participation.

Sessions are not medical, legal, or financial Advice

  • Refuse service if alignment is not present

  • End a session if boundaries are not respected or for any reason and issue a refund at my discretion
